Womersley's flavoured vinegars and dressings are made from fruit & herbs. They have far wider uses than many people imagine. Try them in soups and stews. They can transform a salad dressing or vinaigrette, or can enrich and enliven sauces, both with starters or main courses, whether meat, poultry, fish or pastas.

These balsamic vinegars blended with a variety of fruits & herbs bring a taste of Italy to Womersley and have won three taste awards in their first year of production. They can be used in a variety of ways. Wonderful as a marinade, to add to sauces (sweet or savoury) to use as a salad dressing or in a stir fry.

We use balsamic vinegar blended with the various fruit and herbs to create truly stunning flavours.

The new flavours include: Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Cherry, Lemon, Orange, Raspberry and Strawberry. Our sugar-free varieties are the Blueberry and Raspberry.
